1
My skin tells me
I know you’re there
Hidden
Watching
In the corner of her eye
My mother ’s fear.

2
Your eyes are more beautiful than mine
Wide
Shinning innocence
I EAT YOU!

3
Swirling whirligig
Play away the rain
Top and tail
Vinegar – pail
and paper to ease the pain

4
Mute
Bell’s fathom-less peal
Symphonic
Echoing plasm
Absorbed in silence
Drawn
Inexorably
To moon-magnet’s hapless melting

5
Torrid
Ride
Your earth-crust velvet
Thighs
Vice tight
Searing perihelion
Laser-white
Acid gut-knot
Nestling a pantomime
Of hungry ghosts

6
Even night
Cannot soften passing hours
That prick-out eyes.

7
Distant
Cold
Still
Breath of death
And damp
Only light
Parts us
A kiss?

8
Sodium lit –
Cadence of orange spleen
Oozing
Eyes popping
Grasping
Osmosis neutralises
Painlessly.
