Tacit Geometry [2009]: An enigmatic work that explores ‘the common arpeggio’ as an aspect of its material. Part of the ‘geometry’ series of pieces it takes structural shapes and resonances from other works in the series and hides them [so they become tacit] in the context of the new work whilst their underlying influence always effects the surface of the music.
